Chicago: Where do you go for BBQ?

When somebody asks you, “what do you think of when you hear the word food?” and your reply is “bbq ribs, bbq sauce, chicken, coleslaw, brisket”; this post is for you! Chicago has some unique pit masters like Robert Adams from Honey 1 BBQ and Chris Jones from Mary’s Bar BQ who use family recipes and traditions, handed down for generations in order to prepare their tasty bar-b-que for you. Bo Fowler from Fat Willy’s Rib Shack who happened to stumble across bar-b-que while visiting her retired parents in North Carolina and fell in love with it. (Two words for Bo and that is THANK YOU!) Then there is Mack Sevier from Uncle John’s BBQ who decided to start his own restaurant after leaving Barbara Ann’s BBQ restaurant. The list goes on and on. Is your favorite BBQ on the list?
