Alcoholic Options
White Peach-Silver Tequila Cocktail
Ingredients
· 2 ripe white peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
· 1/4 cup silver tequila
· 1/4 cup peach liqueur
· 1/4 cup lime juice
· 2 tablespoons simple syrup
· Ice cubes
· Slice peaches, for garnish
· Mint sprigs, for garnish
· Serves 6
Directions
Place the peaches in a food processor and process until smooth. Pass through a mesh strainer into a bowl.
Combine the peach puree, tequila, liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice in rocks glasses. Garnish with a slice of peach and mint sprigs.

Strawberry Smash Mojito
This variation on the mojito lets you mix strawberries with your favorite herb such as mint, basil, lemon verbena, cilantro, rosemary or thyme. Be sure to try the drink out before serving it friends to get the amount of herbs dialed in to your taste buds.
Ingredients
3 ripe organic strawberries, hulled and sliced
6 leaves of one fresh herb such as mint, basil, verbena, cilantro OR 1-inch section of fresh rosemary or thyme
1 ounce good white rum like 10 Cane or clean white gin like Bombay Sapphire
1 ounce all-natural sour mix (see note)
2 ounces prosecco
serves 2
Directions
Add the strawberries and your selected herb to a rocks glass. Smash the strawberries and herbs gently with a muddler until the berries are a pulp and the herbs smell strong. Add the rum or gin if using and sour mix to the glass and give it a stir. Fill 3/4 full with ice. Top off with the prosecco. Garnish with a sprig of the herb you used.

Champagne Sangria
Ingredients
· 1 (750-ml) bottle Prosecco or French Champagne, chilled
· 1/2 cup orange juice
· 2 cups Mint Simple Syrup* (See recipe below)
· 1 lemon, zested and thinly sliced
· 1 lime, zested and thinly sliced
· 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
· 5 fresh mint sprigs
· Crushed ice
· Serves 2
*Mint Simple Syrup:
· 2 cups sugar
· 2 cups water
· 1 cup packed fresh mint leaves
Direcetions for Mint Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and mint over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool for 20 minutes. Strain before using.
Directions for Champagne Sangria
In a large pitcher, combine the Prosecco, orange juice, Mint Simple Syrup, lemon zest, and lime zest. Add the sliced strawberries, lemon slices, lime slices, and mint sprigs.
Fill glasses with crushed ice and pour the sangria over the top. Serve immediately.

Cranberry Sparkler
Ingredients
· 1 1/2 ounces Blackberry Puree
· 2 ounces white cranberry juice
· 2 to 3 ounces sparkling water
· 1 sprig mint, for garnish

Watermelon Lemonade
Ingredients
· 2 lemons, quartered
· 1 cup fresh mint leaves
· 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
· 1/2 medium seedless watermelon (about 9 pounds), rind removed, flesh cut into chunks
Directions
1. Squeeze lemons into a large pitcher; add squeezed lemon quarters. Add mint and sugar; mash with a wooden spoon until mint is bruised and sugar is dissolved.
2. In a blender, puree watermelon in batches until smooth; pour through a fine-mesh sieve into pitcher (you should have about 8 cups of juice). Stir to combine. (Refrigerate, covered, up to 3 days.) Add vodka, if using; serve over ice.
