A security guard who laughed at and leaked a video of a woman who walked into a fountain in the mall while texting on her mobile phone isn’t laughing now. He lost his job Thursday and now the woman, Cathy Cruz Marrero, has filed a lawsuit. She thinks that the security guards acted inappropriately and should’ve come to her aid instead of laughing at her. Do you think she has a case?
