Try to these easy suggestions to help make a difference…
• Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
• If you drink a full glass of water right before a meal it will help you to feel full and you will eat less.
• Eat fruit as a sweet snack instead of candy or cakes.
• If you can walk it, do so. Don’t drive to destinations that you can walk to safely.
• Leave your phone in an area where you have to take a few steps to answer it instead of having it right by you.
• Try eating a healthy salad before dinner to help fill you.
Remember… Small steps are more manageable to take than unrealistic leaps.
