Michigan living offers residents a variety of locations to Farmers’ Markets where they can purchase locally grown fruits, vegetables, plants, flowers, cheese, baked goods, and so much more. My favorite is the Downtown Rochester Farmers’ Market, walking distance from my home at the Village Green of Rochester. It is officially open for business as of today, Saturday May 7th through October 29th for the 2016 season, with local vendors ready to showcase their goods from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm so get ready to be impressed! Why buy from local farmers? Why not? It should be our first choice...

All Village Green properties will participate in the annual “Splash Day” which is held in the month of April when the weather is unpredictable but that will not stop us from making a BIG SPLASH!
