Daylight Savings Time is this Sunday! Woo Hoo! It seems like Winter is on it’s way out and Spring is in full swing. Here at list of things you can do with your extra hour of time on Sunday.

1.) Get more sleep! (Duh) The body requires 6-8 hours of sleep for most adults. It’s time to play catch up with the Sandman.

2.) Go for a run/walk. I always seem to hear the excuse “I don’t have enough time to work out!” Well, here is your chance. Start a work out routine or start a morning jog around your neighborhood. You will have time on Sunday; no more excuses.

3.) Start planning your vacations for the summer. Vacation planning will really get you in the Spring mood and help pep you up for the rest of the season. Fuji, Jamaica, Florida? I bet you feel warmer already.

4.) Clean out your closets. It is never too early for spring cleaning! Toss out clothes you haven’t worn since the early 90′s and move those heavy sweaters to the back since you (hopefully) won’t need them anymore. It will get you prepared and ready for summer.
