His name is Ardi Rizal from Indonesia and he is a chain smoker at 2-years-old! Apparently his cravings for nicotine are intense because he is smoking 40 cigarettes a day and he throws a fit when he needs a cigarette.

His father gave him his first cigarette when he was 18 months old.The parents think that he looks healthy so they aren’t worried about him smoking at all. Looks healthy? The kids seems to be overweight and how about we take a peak at his lungs, I am sure they aren’t looking to healthy!

The local government has stepped in and has promised their parents a car if they could get the kid to quit smoking. Does this make sense? The parents get rewarded to have their child quit smoking but their is no punishment for the father who got him to start smoking? What are your thoughts?
