Minnesota State Fair at a Bargain

We’re all buckling down on our spending but that doesn’t mean you still can’t have a good time. Though admission runs from $8 – $11, the Minnesota State Fair is loaded with plenty of things to do at a low cost or with no money at all. Here are some things that grabbed my attention:
