Hot dogs considered a choking hazard?

Holy hot dog! A leading group of pediatricians in the United States have called for a hot dog redesign to eliminate the choking hazard for small children.
I think this is good idea but what would the new hot dog design look like. Can you imagine eating a “hotburger” or “dog sandwich”. The thought just makes me chuckle. What would you like to see for a new hot dog design?
