Best Halloween Costumes for 2011
There are two types of people in this world: those who go all out for Halloween and those who give out pennies to trick-or-treaters. If you are the former, you probably already had this year’s costume planned out since last year. But just in case you don’t know what to dress up as, here are some tips for making this year’s costume the best ever. If you want to have the coolest costume at the party, you’ve got to be original and a touch of humor never hurt anyone either. The best, most talked about costumes are also the most timely and creative. Think back on 2011 – what were the year’s biggest political characters and scandals? What were the biggest news headlines? Which celebrities were the most talked about? Were there any huge films that you can draw inspiration from?
Here are our predictions for what will be hot in 2011:
Amy Winehouse

That famous beehive and winged eyeliner? Put some booze and a cigarette in your hand and I’d say you’ve got a costume.

Charlie Sheen

Throw on a button-down shirt and a blazer and walk around saying things like “Winning, anyone? Rhymes with winning. Anyone?”And “”There’s a new sheriff in town. And he has an army of assassins.” Another option to pay homage to The Sheen is to dress up like his character from Major League: Rick “Wild Thing” Vaughn.
